AI Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Manager to lead a team of ML engineers and data scientists in developing AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the design, implementation, and deployment of AI-powered features
• Grow, mentor, and manage a team of ML engineers and data scientists
• Ensure timely delivery of AI initiatives and collaborate with Product and Engineering teams

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in AI/ML solutions, with 3+ years in a leadership role
• Hands-on expertise in Python and AI/ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow)
• Proven experience in managing cross-functional projects from ideation to production
• Experience in EdTech or education-related domains is preferred
