Senior Manager, Site Reliability Engineering

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Site Reliability Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage SRE teams to ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of infrastructure and services
• Collaborate with development teams to establish SLIs, SLOs, and implement reliability practices
• Drive the evolution of CI/CD pipelines and enhance engineering productivity through automation and tooling

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in infrastructure, platform engineering, or SRE roles, including 3+ years in management
• Expert knowledge of SRE principles, infrastructure automation, and modern deployment practices
• Experience with DevOps and DevSecOps methodologies, including security automation
• Extensive experience with container orchestration, infrastructure as code, and cloud platforms
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
