Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of engineering experience in a highly technical leadership role
• Experience managing a remote engineering team with a focus on growth and development
• Proven ability to lead an engineering team and deliver product roadmaps efficiently
• Experience in the healthcare sector is a plus
• Familiarity with Python and Go is beneficial but not mandatory
