Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Engineering - ERP Platform & Integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and communicate the ERP platform architecture and roadmap, guiding technical decisions
• Oversee ERP infrastructure architecture and operations, ensuring availability and performance
• Build and lead a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise systems engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Deep technical expertise in ERP system administration and security, preferably with SAP BASIS
• Proven success in leading platform operations across multi-environment landscapes
• Strong understanding of ERP integration patterns and technologies
• Experience managing vendor relationships and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
