Senior Technology Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solution Architect - Genesys Cloud.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support in building contact center solutions and implementation for various stakeholders
• Develop application architecture design for complex projects, focusing on technical architecture and solution components
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership to internal teams and stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Genesys Cloud (Architecture, Design, Deployment, API Development, Integration)
• 5+ years of experience with Genesys Reporting (Custom report extracts, A3S support)
• Knowledge of telecommunications and contact center vendors, services, and products
• Experience in leading a Dev Ops or Operations team is an asset
• Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders and adapt to new technologies
