Incident Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an incident manager to join their engineering operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end incident response process
• Monitor and evolve incident best practices across all teams
• Lead retrospectives and ensure action items are prioritized and completed

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in incident management, site reliability engineering, or technical program management
• Experience with on-call rotations and high-severity incident response
• Familiarity with incident management tools like incident.io, Opsgenie, or PagerDuty
• Prior experience in open-source or developer tools companies
• Experience running incident response programs in distributed teams
