Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a small team to drive user acquisition and support engineering growth
• Make and deliver on team commitments while ensuring focus on impactful work
• Foster relationships with cross-functional teams to address problems and make user-centric decisions

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience with TypeScript, React, React-Native, GraphQL, and Postgres
• Production experience with CRMs, analytics platforms, or marketing MMPs
• At least one year of experience leading an engineering team
• Experience in FinTech or consumer apps is a plus
• Ability to adapt communication style to suit team members' needs
