Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Engineering Manager - Developer Experience (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, frameworks, and tooling for efficient software delivery
• Collaborate with Site Reliability Engineering to manage cloud infrastructure standards and practices
• Enhance developer productivity and accelerate engineering velocity across the organization

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of people management experience
• 3+ years leading Developer Experience, Platform, or Infrastructure teams
• 5+ years of experience with major cloud providers (e.g., AWS)
• Proven success in building cloud-native tooling and frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, Terraform)
• Experience defining and delivering on DevEx KPIs
