Production DNS Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Production DNS Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and operate DNS systems for scalable solutions
• Maintain and improve existing code and develop new solutions for internal customers
• Troubleshoot issues related to *nix operating systems and networking protocols

Qualifications

• BS degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent industry experience (5 years)
• Comfortable coding in multiple languages including Perl, Python, golang, PHP, and C++
• Understanding of basic networking principles and packet flow
• Base understanding of process, memory, filesystem, and common troubleshooting techniques on *nix and RHEL-like operating systems
