Key Responsibilities

• Define a 3-to-5-year AI architecture blueprint and present recommendations to executive leadership
• Ratify design decisions for AI services and approve implementation patterns across engineering groups
• Establish enterprise-grade model-lifecycle management and sponsor responsible-AI reviews

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of software/platform engineering experience, with 8+ years in architecting production AI/ML systems
• Experience leading multi-year AI initiatives with budgets exceeding $10M
• Deep expertise in LLM fine-tuning, vector databases, and RL-based autonomy
• Mastery of major cloud ecosystems and experience with multi-cloud optimizations
• Proven stewardship of AI ethics and model-risk management
