Staff Applications Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Applications Engineer, Enterprise Systems to drive the strategy, design, and implementation of AI-First Enterprise Systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and intelligent enterprise systems
• Partner with business and engineering teams to identify opportunities for automation and system modernization
• Provide technical leadership and mentor other engineers to promote a culture of innovation

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Engineering, Science, Systems, or similar roles
• Proven track record of leading the design and deployment of AI-First Enterprise Systems
• Extensive hands-on experience with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and AWS
• Experience with SSO protocols and enterprise identity tools
• Ability to thrive in solving ambiguous problem statements in an early-stage environment
