Principal DevOps Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal DevOps Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of cloud infrastructure and CI/CD systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, development, and maintenance of cloud infrastructure ensuring scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency
• Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to accelerate software delivery with a focus on automation, security, and quality
• Oversee containerization and orchestration strategies in production environments

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Cloud Infrastructure Engineering in SaaS environments
• Strong expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or AWS cloud architecture, services, and best practices
• Proven experience with CI/CD tools and zero downtime strategies
• Deep knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes for managing containerized applications
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Ansible
