Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Engineering for Collaboration Services & Developer Edge in EMEA.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and scale engineering teams for Collaboration Services and Developer Edge, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
• Deliver high-quality products while managing platform reliability, security, and technical debt
• Partner with Product and Design on roadmaps and customer feedback, ensuring effective communication across teams

Required Qualifications

• 11+ years of system architecture and engineering experience with leadership of teams of 20+ engineers
• Proven experience with microservices/SOA applications and multi-region cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Expertise in API design, developer platforms, and CI/CD pipelines
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience
• Legally eligible to work in Bulgaria and fluent in English
