Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Enrollment (Duals) to oversee the enrollment process and maintain member records.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, process, and maintain new member enrollments and records
• Monitor compliance with enrollment processes and ensure accurate data delivery
• Oversee enrollment and premium staff, including coaching and performance reviews

Required Qualifications

• Graduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 7-9 years of relevant experience required
• Preferred experience of 10+ years in a related field
