Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the implementation team, ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery
• Design and enforce a standardized implementation methodology, including playbooks and best practices
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of architects and design professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and improvement

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in a technical implementation or professional services role, focusing on AEC, BIM, or construction technology
• 3-5+ years of experience managing technical teams, including hiring and talent development
• Proven ability to build and optimize repeatable processes for project delivery
• Deep understanding of technical challenges related to migrating from legacy systems
• Experience using data-driven metrics to manage team performance and operational efficiency
