Director of Incident Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of IDD Incident Management and Quality Outcomes, Performance-Based Contracting.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of incident management, including reporting, investigation preparation, resolution, and preventive follow-up
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation regulations, meeting or exceeding all reporting deadlines
• Develop and deliver annual training on incident management for staff at all levels, including advanced investigation techniques

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Experience in incident management and quality assurance in a healthcare or non-profit setting
• Strong background in regulatory compliance and performance-based contracting
• Proven leadership experience in managing diverse teams and fostering a collaborative culture
• Expertise in data analytics, particularly with tools like PowerBI
• Advanced degree in a relevant field preferred
