Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director - Intelligent Infrastructure Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and grow a high-performing services team for pre-sales, post-sales, managed services, and professional services
• Define and evolve a catalog of standard warranty offerings and custom service SKUs for hyperscalers and enterprise clients
• Partner cross-functionally to integrate services into solution proposals and ensure operational excellence post-sale

Required Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor's degree required
• 10-15 years of experience in a technology or infrastructure services organization
• Proven leadership in building or scaling pre-sales and post-sales services teams
• Deep expertise in managed services, professional services, and solution architecture
• Strong strategic thinking and execution capabilities
