Job Summary

A company is looking for a Citrix Administrator to manage and maintain its Citrix infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and configure Citrix servers, applications, and user access
• Diagnose and resolve issues within the Citrix environment to ensure optimal performance
• Monitor system performance and implement optimizations

Required Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (XenApp/XenDesktop), StoreFront, and NetScaler
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and networking principles
• Hands-on experience with VMware or Hyper-V environments
• Proficiency in Windows Server and related operating systems
• Familiarity with ITIL processes for incident, problem, and change management
