Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Learning and Development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develops and implements a learning strategy to improve employee training and support across all departments
  • Partners with leadership to identify training needs and develop relevant programs
  • Manages the Training Center, directing staff and overseeing training and development activities
Required Qualifications
  • Seven to ten years of experience in training and development
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in education, training, or related field preferred
  • Experience in conducting needs assessments and developing training programs
  • Ability to manage staff and provide coaching and performance evaluations
  • Experience in budget preparation and resource allocation for training activities
