Key Responsibilities
- Develops and implements a learning strategy to improve employee training and support across all departments
- Partners with leadership to identify training needs and develop relevant programs
- Manages the Training Center, directing staff and overseeing training and development activities
Required Qualifications
- Seven to ten years of experience in training and development
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in education, training, or related field preferred
- Experience in conducting needs assessments and developing training programs
- Ability to manage staff and provide coaching and performance evaluations
- Experience in budget preparation and resource allocation for training activities
