Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Learning Experience to lead the strategic vision and execution of educational programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of a unified education strategy for customers and internal teams
• Create scalable education programs and coordinate content delivery through various formats
• Measure and iterate on educational initiatives to enhance customer learning and adoption

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in customer education or professional learning
• Minimum of 3 years managing a high-performing remote team in an edtech environment
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in K12 education, including classroom teaching
• Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and relevant technologies
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and collaboration
