Training Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Training Specialist in Ocala, FL.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive implementation of training plans and support new hire orientation
• Manage training records, cross-training activities, and develop training materials
• Support production and participate in continuous improvement events

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalency
• Previous experience in a Training and Development role in manufacturing
• Basic mechanical knowledge and understanding of TPM Methodology
• Computer proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is preferred
• Bilingual (Spanish and English) is a plus
