Job Summary

A company is looking for a Student Success Coach for Graduate Online Programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit prospective online students through a relationship-building sales process
• Assist students in identifying obstacles and provide solutions to enhance their confidence and persistence
• Manage all inbound communication from prospective students and follow up regularly based on communication plans

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience or equivalent
• Experience supporting or recruiting online learners (1-2 years preferred)
• Experience with student information systems (SIS) or customer relationship management (CRM) software (1-2 years preferred)
• Good knowledge of online learning environments
• Ability to adapt to rapidly changing priorities and work well under pressure
