Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Director, Learning Solutions & Systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the learning services roadmap, including instructional design standards and process optimization
- Oversee the design and development of eLearning and training programs for clinical raters and site personnel
- Manage the learning technology ecosystem, including LMS platforms and virtual training tools
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required (Master's preferred) in Organizational Psychology/Development or similar
- 10+ years of experience developing learning and/or change programs
- Hands-on knowledge of leading-edge learning and development techniques and technologies
- Experience with iterative working methodologies preferred (design thinking, agile, scrum)
- Advanced skills in Articulate Storyline or similar design software
