Associate Director of Learning Solutions

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Learning Solutions & Systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the learning services roadmap, including instructional design standards and process optimization
• Oversee the design and development of eLearning and training programs for clinical raters and site personnel
• Manage the learning technology ecosystem, including LMS platforms and virtual training tools

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (Master's preferred) in Organizational Psychology/Development or similar
• 10+ years of experience developing learning and/or change programs
• Hands-on knowledge of leading-edge learning and development techniques and technologies
• Experience with iterative working methodologies preferred (design thinking, agile, scrum)
• Advanced skills in Articulate Storyline or similar design software
