• Develop and implement processes to enhance the member experience and ensure regulatory compliance

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of healthcare experience
• 2+ years of management or supervisory experience
• Experience with member-centric business implementation and work process improvements
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in healthcare enrollment preferred
