College Finance Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Education Finance Associate to guide clients through the college funding process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel clients on various college funding topics, including aid applications and scholarship opportunities
• Conduct individual counseling sessions on paying for college and student loan repayment
• Manage time effectively to meet weekly goals and track work in the online client portal

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required
• Experience managing Student Financial Aid and institutional aid programs, preferably at multiple colleges
• Understanding of FSA regulations, institutional methodology, and student loan repayment options
• Experience with extensive client interaction and ability to develop rapport
• Ability to self-motivate and work independently to meet deadlines
