Job Summary

A company is looking for a Training Manager (Remote) to certify and prepare trainers for effective training programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Certify and prepare trainers to deliver effective training programs using various learning methods
• Provide ongoing coaching and support to trainers while assessing training effectiveness
• Manage strategic relationships and collaborate with design and delivery teams on pilot programs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of relevant work experience
• Experience leading Training Certifications
• Wireless Communications experience
• BPO Management/Training experience
• Familiarity with Google Suite and Smartsheets
