Virginia Licensed Sterile Processing Instructor

Job Summary

A company is looking for Sterile Processing Instructors (Part-Time).

Key Responsibilities

• Teach students in a lab setting and manage online course modules
• Ensure students gain knowledge and skills for the Certified Registered Central Sterile Technician Certification exam
• Assess student mastery of content and maintain attendance and grades

Required Qualifications

• Certificate in healthcare field or at least 5 years of experience in healthcare
• Expert-level skills necessary to pass the Certified Registered Central Sterile Technician exam
• Knowledge of local and regional healthcare facilities and systems
• Associate or bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field preferred
• Experience in teaching adult learners and using a Learning Management System preferred
