Key Responsibilities

• Teach graduate and undergraduate courses in fully online formats
• Apply innovative approaches, including AI and emerging technologies, to enhance literacy and content-area instruction
• Mentor diverse candidates in licensure programs and contribute to program and curriculum development

Required Qualifications

• Earned doctorate (Ed.D. or Ph.D.) in Education or a closely related field
• Expertise in licensure area, with a preference for Special Education
• Demonstrated knowledge of the Science of Reading and early literacy instruction
• Excellence in online teaching and innovative course design
• Commitment to the mission and values of the institution, including a Christ-centered approach to education
