Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning and Development Business Partner.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and launch a refreshed 90-day onboarding and orientation program
• Create engaging e-learning and self-paced modules in Schoox LMS
• Refresh and enhance the Leadership Development Program and develop supporting tools and resources

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, or Organizational Development
• Proven expertise in adult learning principles and content design
• Hands-on experience with Schoox LMS; familiarity with Lattice and Predictive Index is a plus
• Strong ability to create toolkits, resources, and evaluation frameworks
• Organized and adaptable with a track record of delivering multiple projects on time
