Training Content Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Training Content Developer II.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build interactive online training courses and multimedia materials on safety, health, and compliance topics
• Collaborate with the Training and Content team to refine instructional design and development processes
• Provide technical support for client tickets and assist with training and multimedia production tasks

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, communications design, or a related field
• Mid-level experience (ideally 4+ years) in instructional design, learning and development, or multimedia production
• Proficient knowledge of Articulate Storyline, Adobe products, and other training-related tools
• Solid understanding of adult learning theory
• Additional certifications in instructional design or related fields are a plus
