Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Learning Experience Designer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and own the learning strategy for multiple roles across the GTM organization
  • Lead end-to-end curriculum design, from onboarding to advanced enablement, grounded in adult learning theory
  • Collaborate with leadership and GTM program managers to align learning with team goals
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years in a learning experience, instructional design, or enablement role ideally supporting technical or pre-sales teams
  • 5+ years of experience building and managing a team of LXD professionals
  • Expertise in adult learning principles and curriculum development
  • Proficiency with AI and learning tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Articulate Rise, Camtasia)
  • Familiarity with LMS/CMS systems and modern training formats like microlearning and simulations
