Instructional Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer to design and develop eLearning content.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop eLearning modules in collaboration with subject matter experts
• Update existing eLearning content and manage the LMS queue for course assignments
• Maintain project documentation and assist in creating and editing video content

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
• 3 years of relevant experience in instructional design and adult learning
• Minimum of 2 years of LMS management and eLearning module design experience
• Experience with video editing tools, preferably Camtasia
• Previous experience in the healthcare or tech/SaaS industry is required
