Lead Technical Instructor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Technical Instructor for a part-time position in Spring 2026.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete 40 hours of training sessions and tasks to build proficiency with teaching tools and strategies
• Lead lectures and workshops for the Careers in Tech course, supporting up to 50 students per section
• Conduct mock technical interviews and provide actionable feedback to students preparing for internships and entry-level positions

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience in Software Engineering using Python
• Prior experience leading career development sessions and conducting mock technical interviews
• Availability from January 2026 through June 2026, including a commitment to the course schedule
• Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field from an accredited institution
• Demonstrated passion for teaching and prior experience leading classrooms
