Instructional Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer to join their HR team.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with faculty and staff to design, develop, and refine interactive learning content
• Build modules that incorporate various active learning techniques, including video and simulations
• Ensure materials are accessible, visually appealing, and consistent with educational standards

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of professional experience in instructional design, preferably in healthcare or academic medicine
• Strong portfolio demonstrating engaging, interactive e-learning content
• Proficiency with modern instructional design tools and methodologies
• Experience with Docebo (or similar LMS platforms)
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in instructional design, education, or related field preferred
