A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Learning & Development.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging learning programs using instructional design best practices and adult learning theory
- Facilitate dynamic workshops and training sessions to encourage active participation and application
- Lead multiple initiatives through effective project management, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
Required Qualifications
- 7-10 years of experience in biotech/pharmaceutical or medical device sales, with exposure to training or education
- 2+ years in Learning & Development with expertise in instructional design and project management
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's in a related field preferred
- Oncology experience strongly preferred
- Vendor management experience with training platforms and technologies
