Remote BCaBA (RBT Supervision)

The primary function of the BCaBA in this role is to oversee the work, training, or assessment of the Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) and RBT trainees. This is a remote position. We are only considering candidates that live in the following states: Florida, Iowa, Minnesota, Mississippi, New Mexico, North Dakota, South Carolina, Wisconsin and Texas.

Salary Range: $60,000 to $65,000 annually and DOE.

Qualifications
• Supervisor: As a supervisor, you will oversee those who are providing behavior analytic services (i.e., RBTs) Note: In overseeing RBTs, you may also be an RBT Requirements Coordinator who is responsible for ensuring that multiple supervisors in an organization are providing appropriate supervision to RBTs (see the Ongoing Supervision section of the RBT Handbook for more details).
• Assessor: As an assessor, you will be responsible for directly conducting or overseeing assessments of those pursuing RBT certification or those who are maintaining their RBT certification to determine whether they are competent in specific tasks commonly conducted by behavior technicians (i.e., Initial Competency Assessment or Renewal Competency Assessment).
• Trainer: As a trainer, you will develop and/or provide the RBT 40-hour training and/or oversee individuals who are providing the RBT 40-hour training.
• Consult with BCBA team members and Regional Directors to collaborate on improving and maintaining certification levels for those pursuing RBT.
• Participate in multiple service delivery settings (home, school, community, center).
• Cultivate a culture of compassion, communication, excellence, creativity, and reliability.
• Maintain confidentiality of the children and families/caregivers served by MAC according to professional ethical standards, state and federal rules and regulations and MAC’s internal policy and procedures.

Requirements
• Must be an active BCaBA without current disciplinary sanctions and meets an ongoing supervision CEU requirement.

About Our Company

Founded in 1996 by parents who sought the very best treatment available to deliver opportunities to children and adolescents living with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), Minnesota Autism Center (MAC) provides therapeutic services for children ages 18 months to 21 years who have ASD.

MAC’s services are center-based and in-home, and include speech and occupational therapy, assessment and diagnosis services, and individual and family therapy. At any given time, MAC serves approximately 370-400 clients throughout Minnesota at 22 centers located in Eagan, Eden Prairie, Maple Grove, Fridley, Vadnais Heights, Minnetonka, Woodbury, Duluth, Superior, Virginia, Mankato, Rochester, Red Wing, New Ulm, Medford, Hutchinson and Cambridge.
