Job Summary

A company is looking for an L&D Consultant to manage training projects from idea to implementation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interact with management and employees to identify and implement learning and performance improvement solutions
  • Collaborate with learning professionals to design curriculum and formulate implementation strategies
  • Develop learning objectives, content outlines, and evaluation criteria for various training solutions
Required Qualifications
  • Associates or bachelor's degree in training and development or 5 years of relevant business experience
  • 5 years' experience in designing and implementing eLearning and instructor-led training solutions
  • Advanced skills in Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, and video creation software
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously as part of a project team
  • Understanding of learner-centered approaches in the design and development of learning solutions
