Key Responsibilities
- Interact with management and employees to identify and implement learning and performance improvement solutions
- Collaborate with learning professionals to design curriculum and formulate implementation strategies
- Develop learning objectives, content outlines, and evaluation criteria for various training solutions
Required Qualifications
- Associates or bachelor's degree in training and development or 5 years of relevant business experience
- 5 years' experience in designing and implementing eLearning and instructor-led training solutions
- Advanced skills in Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, and video creation software
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously as part of a project team
- Understanding of learner-centered approaches in the design and development of learning solutions
