Job Summary

A company is looking for English Language Arts Consultants (Experts in Florida B.E.S.T./F.A.S.T.)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct a comprehensive review of instructional materials to ensure effective implementation of the Florida B.E.S.T. standards
• Verify the accuracy, clarity, and consistency of supporting content for adoption and implementation
• Provide detailed, constructive feedback to curriculum developers for material refinements

Required Qualifications

• Recent experience as a teacher or curriculum specialist in Florida ELA
• Participation in state reviews of assessment items or curriculum review processes
• Understanding of Florida B.E.S.T. standards and instructional best practices
• Ability to evaluate materials for developmental appropriateness and accessibility
• Experience with various instructional models and implementation contexts
