Job Summary
A company is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Provide direct behavior analysis services and collaborate with school teams to implement behavior intervention plans
- Train school staff and families on behavior management strategies and monitor students' progress
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and current licensure or eligibility for licensure
- Previous experience as a BCBA or behavior analyst in an educational setting
- Strong knowledge of behavior analysis principles and applied behavior analysis (ABA) interventions
- Proficiency in assessment, data collection, and data analysis techniques
