A company is looking for a Training Development & Delivery Consultant to create and implement impactful training programs in a remote capacity with potential travel to Nashville, TN.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs for various skill levels
• Create engaging eLearning courses and review end-user training materials
• Collaborate with teams to deliver training related to system enhancements and support training administration

Required Qualifications

• Proven ability to translate technical concepts into accessible training content
• Experience in instructional design methodology and developing training evaluations
• Prior experience working with state government agencies
• Excellent project planning and organizational skills
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles
