Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the strategy and optimization of the Docebo LMS for various stakeholders
- Build and lead processes for LMS administration, user support, and program operations
- Measure global enablement KPIs and design executive dashboards for performance tracking
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years in enablement, learning operations, or related fields
- 3+ years managing teams in a fast-paced environment
- Deep experience with LMS platforms, ideally Docebo
- Strong project management skills and familiarity with agile methodologies
- Data-driven mindset with fluency in dashboards and analytics
