Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Enablement & Training Systems to lead global training programs and manage learning technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the strategy and optimization of the Docebo LMS for various stakeholders
• Build and lead processes for LMS administration, user support, and program operations
• Measure global enablement KPIs and design executive dashboards for performance tracking

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years in enablement, learning operations, or related fields
• 3+ years managing teams in a fast-paced environment
• Deep experience with LMS platforms, ideally Docebo
• Strong project management skills and familiarity with agile methodologies
• Data-driven mindset with fluency in dashboards and analytics
