A company is looking for an Instructional Designer with SuccessFactors.
Key Responsibilities
- Create structured training programs and curricula aligned with organizational goals using SuccessFactors LMS
- Configure and manage learning items, programs, and curricula within the LMS
- Analyze job roles and tasks to inform curriculum design and develop various learning materials
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or learning experience design
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field (Master's preferred)
- Extensive hands-on experience with SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and eLearning development tools such as Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design models
