Job Summary

A company is looking for an Adjunct Lead Instructor for IT training.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach assigned cohorts in various academic delivery methodologies
• Facilitate an engaging classroom experience to encourage student retention and certification
• Monitor student progress and provide coaching and support to struggling students

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3 years of practical work experience in the IT industry
• At least 2 years of experience in classroom and online instruction
• Ability to obtain relevant certifications for the courses being taught
• Experience in providing leadership and support to instructors and students
