Youth Leadership Academy Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Youth Leadership Academy (YLA) Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the Youth Leadership Academy (YLA) program
• Serve as a mentor and leadership development guide to high school participants
• Facilitate committee meetings, trainings, and hands-on leadership projects for youth participants

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 2 years of relevant experience required
• Experience working with adolescents in leadership or mentoring roles
• Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
• Lived experience and/or professional work in urban or socially vulnerable communities
