Job Summary
A company is looking for a Youth Leadership Academy (YLA) Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the Youth Leadership Academy (YLA) program
- Serve as a mentor and leadership development guide to high school participants
- Facilitate committee meetings, trainings, and hands-on leadership projects for youth participants
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2 years of relevant experience required
- Experience working with adolescents in leadership or mentoring roles
- Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Lived experience and/or professional work in urban or socially vulnerable communities
