Training and Development Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Training and Development Manager to support the Space Systems Command (SSC) Military Communication and Positioning, Navigation and Timing Directorate (CG) in the United States Space Force.

Key Responsibilities

• Track and manage military performance reports and personnel documentation
• Plan and evaluate training and professional development programs for personnel
• Monitor compliance of Individual Mobilization Augmentees (IMA) with relevant instructions

Required Qualifications

• Must be a US citizen
• Secret clearance required
• Bachelor's degree or higher
• At least 8 years of experience in a related field
• Preferred: Master's degree or higher and at least 10 years of demonstrated experience
