Senior Director of Training Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, GRA OCM, Training & Knowledge Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead change management strategies and execution for GRA and enterprise-level initiatives
• Develop role-based learning frameworks and oversee the GRA Academy as a centralized knowledge repository
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and adoption of change initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• 12+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry, with 8+ years in regulatory affairs or change management
• Experience in applying change management methodologies such as ADKAR, Kotter, or Prosci
• Proficiency with Veeva, SuccessFactors LMS, and SharePoint-based systems
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred
