A company is looking for a Senior Director, GRA OCM, Training & Knowledge Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead change management strategies and execution for GRA and enterprise-level initiatives
- Develop role-based learning frameworks and oversee the GRA Academy as a centralized knowledge repository
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and adoption of change initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 12+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry, with 8+ years in regulatory affairs or change management
- Experience in applying change management methodologies such as ADKAR, Kotter, or Prosci
- Proficiency with Veeva, SuccessFactors LMS, and SharePoint-based systems
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred
