Key Responsibilities

• Review pre-generated intents and transform them into a logical sequence of agent steps
• Define test cases, including dialogue flow and agent responses
• Create a Golden Path for optimal tool invocation by the agent

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration or a relevant area
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience
• Advanced level of English (C1) or above
• Experience with setting up ticket forms, triggers, macros, and automation in ServiceNow
• Ability to manage groups, roles, and permissions within a ServiceNow instance
