New York Licensed Health Educator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Health Educator (Remote in NY).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage health education programs under the direction of the Manager, Health Education
• Research and create health education and disease management materials in collaboration with Quality Improvement staff
• Engage members in health promotion and coordinate care through various outreach efforts

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree in a health-related area or equivalent education and experience
• 2 years of experience in Health Education
• Adaptability and flexibility to change
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of the Medicaid population is preferred
