Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Coach for a part-time role focused on mentoring computer science students in software engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete 40 hours of training sessions to build proficiency with teaching tools and instructional strategies
• Manage full-stack web development projects for up to 5 students, guiding them to successful completion
• Hold regular virtual office hours and provide timely feedback on assignments and student performance

Minimum Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in Software Engineering with Full-Stack Web Development technologies
• Part-time availability from January 2026 through June 2026, including completion of training sessions
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Demonstrated passion for teaching and prior experience leading classrooms
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
