Texas Licensed Scoring Assistant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Texas Scoring Assistant for Trade and Industrial Education 6-12.

Key Responsibilities

• Score constructed response components of the Texas Educator Certification Examination Program
• Participate in scoring sessions conducted remotely every two months based on availability
• Receive training and orientation on the scoring methodology and evaluation process

Required Qualifications

• At least three years of teaching experience in a TEA approved occupation area in Texas
• Experience teaching a Trade and Industrial Education course in Texas within the past three years
• Residency in the state of Texas
• Bachelor's degree
• Current Texas Teacher certification in an approved occupation area for Trade and Industrial Education or equivalent qualifications
